Although Aviva yerba mate originates from Southern Brazil, our organic spices, dried fruit, and black tea come from all points globally.
Once these blending agents reach our warehouse, we go through a thorough process of determining the proper ratio of yerba mate to these blending agents. Our goal is to develop a blend that meets the purpose of providing flavoring agents without covering up the earthly flavor of the yerba mate.
The result is not made by a committee but by our blend master. He has over 28 years of experience in the specialty coffee and tea industry. His expertise allows Aviva yerba mate to offer our customers the best tasting profiles in the industry.
