and wakens the senses. This blend is perfect for chilling in the back yard with an uncomplicated iced beverage.

Ingredients: Wild Harvest grown yerba mate, peppermint, lemongrass, spearmint, lemon verbena, and lemon balm

Lemon mint splash: A wonderfully refreshing iced beverage to enjoy any time but especially during this warm summer months.

What you will need:

automatic coffee maker, tea pot or french press, that hold 8-10 cups

a plastic or glass pitcher that will hold 8-10 cups

Lemon mint yerba mate.

sweetener of your choice

ice – about 2 cups.

To make:

4 tablespoons lemon mint yerba mate ( add the link to our tbsp scoop)

8 cups of hot water in a french press ( add a live link to our 8 cup french press)

Fill a pitcher of ice , sweeten to taste (with your favorite sweetener) we use stevia or sugar free vanilla syrup.

Let steep for 4-5 minutes, pour over the pitcher of ice.

Enjoy!!
